Excellent food every time - proper large portions, fish nicely battered and always freshly cooked. Lovely chunky chips and mushy peas that taste like real mushy peas not random paste with food colouring. The ladies serving are smiling and friendly without fail. This is a brilliant little local gem, a family business run by people who care about their product. Two thumbs up. Beauty.

A top class portion of fish and chips from a very traditional chip shop. They get busy and you may have to que but you would expect this from any great fish and chip shop....and trust me its worth the wait. The portions are good and the price is competative and there usually as fresh as they come. They do a meal for 2 deal, fish chips twice and mushy peas or curry sauce twice for a crisp £10.00 You cant go wrong....and they sell dandelion and burdock.....happy days
